Accurate Multihead Weighing: The multihead weigher provides fast and accurate combination weighing for dried fruits, nuts, seeds, snacks, and other granular products.

Automatic Z-Type Feeding: The Z-type conveyor continuously transfers dried fruits and granular products to the multihead weigher for automatic production. The current system is configured with both a multihead weigher and Z-type conveyor.

Automatic VFFS Packaging: Automatically completes roll-film feeding, bag forming, product filling, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, cutting, and finished-package discharge.

High-Quality Heat Sealing: High-precision toothed sealing and independent temperature control provide strong and consistent package seals.

Accurate Film Tracking & Cutting: Color-mark sensor control provides accurate printed-film positioning and cutting, with the current page specifying accuracy up to ±1 mm.

Intelligent Weight Control: The packaging machine can communicate with the weighing system to help identify empty or underweight packages and reduce packaging errors.
