The automatic vertical VFFS packing machine is designed for packaging a wide range of viscous and semi-viscous food products, providing efficient and stable filling and sealing performance for different packaging applications.
Baking: Butter, salad dressing, custard, cream cheese, egg liquid, etc.
Fillings: Lotus seed paste, red bean paste, winter melon paste, pineapple paste, five-nut filling, etc.
Sauces: Tomato sauce, strawberry jam, durian jam and other fruit jams;
Beverages: Coconut jelly, ice cream slurry and other tea beverage raw materials;
Chinese food sauces: Dry yellow sauce, chili oil, hot pot oil, peanut butter, sesame paste, congee, soybean milk, meat filling, vegetable filling, shrimp paste, etc.
The machine offers flexible packaging solutions for various viscous products and can be customized according to product characteristics, packaging requirements, filling accuracy, bag size, and required production capacity.
FEATURES
1.Non-air packaging. Direct filling with roll film and continuous filling achieve non-air packaging, improving shelf life and grade of packaged products.
2.High-temperature aseptic packaging available. Max. material temperature can reach over 100°C for aseptic packaging, extending product shelf life.
3.Servo-controlled bag feeding mode. While raising packaging speed, the extra feedback system ensures packaging accuracy to the maximum extent.
4.Extended reinforced vertical sealing and cross sealing structure. It delivers better back sealing stability and reliability under high-speed packaging, and can seal at low pressure to reduce film damage.
5.Quick cooling & cutting mechanism. Spring structure is adopted for flexible clamping, reducing possible package damage during high-speed packaging.
6.Models with process weighing system can set target weight. The machine automatically weighs each bag and feeds data back to the main unit for closed-loop control to achieve high-precision packaging.
