VFFS machines form, fill and seal bags directly from roll film, providing an efficient solution for coffee beans, air degassing valve applicator is also available to mount the valve before sealing.

Finished bags will be automatically discharged by the conveyor to the next steps, the discharge conveyor speed adjustable.

Which packaging machine is suitable for roasted coffee beans?
Premade pouch machines and VFFS machines are both suitable for roasted coffee beans. The right solution depends on your bag type, filling weight, required output and whether features such as zipper opening, nitrogen flushing or degassing valves are required.
Can the machine pack coffee bags with a degassing valve?
Yes. A degassing valve solution can be integrated according to the selected bag and packaging process. For roll-film applications, an automatic valve applicator can be installed before bag forming and sealing.
Can nitrogen flushing be added for coffee bean packaging?
Yes. Nitrogen flushing can be integrated into the packaging process to reduce the oxygen level inside the package and help maintain coffee freshness and aroma. The configuration depends on the bag type and required residual oxygen level.
How accurately can the machine weigh coffee beans?
Coffee beans are commonly dosed using a multihead weigher. Actual weighing accuracy depends on the target weight, bean size, product flow characteristics, machine configuration and operating conditions.
What information should I provide for a coffee packaging machine quotation?
Please provide your coffee bean type, target filling weight, bag dimensions and style, required production speed, and photos or samples of the package. Also tell us whether you require a zipper, degassing valve, nitrogen flushing, metal detection, checkweighing or other optional functions.
