This Premade Pouch Packing Machine with Single Cup Volumetric Filler is designed for free-flowing granular products that can be portioned efficiently by volume rather than by weight. It is particularly suitable for small and relatively uniform products where a simple, compact dosing system is preferred.
Dried Fruits & Snacks:
Raisins, dried cranberries, small dried fruit pieces, peanuts, seeds, candies, and similar granular snack products.
Grains & Food Granules:
Rice, beans, lentils, cereal grains, coffee beans, sugar, salt, and other free-flowing food granules with relatively consistent bulk density.
The single-cup volumetric filler provides a simple and economical dosing solution for fixed-volume packaging. Cup capacity can be selected or adjusted according to the product’s bulk density and target filling volume, making the system particularly suitable for small-batch and moderate-speed pouch packaging.
