This Automatic Furniture Fittings Counting and Packing Machine is designed for automatically counting and packaging small hardware components used in furniture assembly. It helps organize multiple small parts into individual bags, improving packaging efficiency and reducing manual counting work.
Furniture Fittings:
Suitable for compatible furniture connectors, corner brackets, mounting plates and other small furniture hardware components.

Designed for counting and packaging suitable screws, bolts, nuts and threaded fasteners used in furniture assembly.

Suitable for compatible cam locks, dowels, hinges, connecting fittings and other furniture installation accessories.
Mixed Hardware Kits:
Can be configured to package selected combinations of furniture fittings and fasteners into individual bags, depending on the counting system and product compatibility.
The counting and feeding configuration can be selected according to the size, shape and quantity of the hardware components. After counting, the products are transferred to the packaging unit for bag forming or bag feeding, filling and sealing, depending on the machine configuration.
