O Automatic Small Component Bagging Machine is designed to package compatible small components into individual bags. Suitable for compatible small hardware parts, metal components and accessories that require individual bag packaging.

Designed for bagging compatible screws, nuts, bolts and threaded fasteners for storage, distribution and assembly applications.
Washers and Fasteners:
Suitable for selected washers, pins, fasteners and similar small parts, depending on their size, shape and compatibility with the feeding system.
Furniture Fittings:
Can be used to package compatible furniture connectors, mounting plates, cam locks, dowels and other furniture assembly accessories.
Industrial Accessories:
Suitable for selected small industrial components and installation accessories that need to be packed in individual bags.
Hardware Accessory Packs:
The machine can be used to prepare individual bags of hardware accessories for product distribution, furniture assembly or installation kits. Mixed-component packaging depends on the machine configuration and feeding system.
The packaging process generally involves feeding the components into the machine, filling the bags and sealing them. If automatic counting is required, the appropriate counting system must be included in the selected configuration. Product samples and bag specifications should be checked before confirming machine suitability.
