This Premade Pouch Packaging Machine with Vacuum System is designed for dry granular foods where reducing residual air inside the pouch can help protect product quality and improve package compactness before sealing.
Nuts & Seeds:
Peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts, and mixed nut products. The vacuum process helps reduce the amount of air remaining inside the pouch before final sealing.
Dried & Dehydrated Foods:
Goji berries, raisins, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, dried fruit pieces, freeze-dried fruits, and crispy vegetable products that benefit from reduced-air pouch packaging.
Grains & Legumes:
Mixed grains, red beans, mung beans, black beans, soybeans, chickpeas, cereal kernels, and other dry granular foods.
Combined with a multihead weigher, the system provides accurate portioning before vacuuming and sealing. The vacuum level, weighing system, and pouch handling process can be configured according to product characteristics, target weight, pouch size, and packaging requirements.
