This Inclined Biscuit and Snack VFFS Packaging Machine is designed for lightweight, irregular, and fragile food products that require accurate portioning with minimal product damage during weighing and filling. The 10-head multihead weigher provides combination weighing while allowing products to be discharged efficiently into the VFFS machine for automatic bag forming, filling, and sealing.
Biscuits & Bakery Snacks:
Cookies, crackers, wafer biscuits, rice crackers, mini cookies, baked snacks, and other dry bakery products that require careful handling during weighing and packaging.
Chips & Puffed Snacks:
Potato chips, tortilla chips, corn chips, popcorn, cheese puffs, rice snacks, extruded snacks, and other lightweight products with irregular shapes and bulk densities.
Confectionery & Bite-Size Foods:
Candies, chocolate pieces, gummies, marshmallows, and similar individually formed products suitable for combination weighing.
For fragile products, the weighing and discharge configuration can be selected according to product size, breakage sensitivity, target weight, and required output. Optional nitrogen flushing can also be integrated for applications requiring a controlled atmosphere inside the finished package.
