This 10 Head Multihead Weigher VFFS Packaging Machine is designed for nuts, seeds, and other free-flowing or irregular granular foods that require fast, weight-based portioning into retail bags. The combination weighing system selects an optimized weight combination before discharging the product into the VFFS machine for automatic bag forming, filling, and sealing.

Nuts & Nut Products:
Macadamia nuts, pistachios, peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnut kernels, hazelnuts, pine nuts, and mixed nut products.

Seeds & Roasted Snacks:
Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, roasted beans, coated nuts, and similar granular snack products.

Dried & Granular Snacks:
Raisins, dried berries, small dried fruit pieces, candy, chocolate beans, popcorn, and other free-flowing snack products.

The 10-head multihead weigher is particularly suitable for products with variations in individual piece weight or shape where combination weighing provides more consistent portion control. The weighing and packaging system can be configured according to target weight, product characteristics, bag dimensions, and required output.
