1. Automatic Packaging Process
   The machine can automatically complete product measuring, bag forming, filling, sealing, date coding, cutting, and other packaging processes, achieving fully automatic operation and improving production efficiency.

   Equipped with a motion bus PLC control system and multilingual touchscreen HMI, the machine features an intuitive and user-friendly operation interface. All parameters can be adjusted without stopping the machine. It supports real-time display of production speed and batch quantity, with self-diagnosis functions for equipment faults. Up to 100 groups of product parameters can be stored, allowing quick and convenient product changeover. An Ethernet port is available for easy connection to EMS systems.
3. Servo Motor Driven Film Pulling & Heat Sealing System
   Adopts Inovance bus servo motor control for film pulling and heat sealing. The bag length can be adjusted directly through the touchscreen without replacing any mechanical parts, ensuring accurate and stable bag forming performance.
4. High-Performance Photoelectric Tracking System
   Equipped with an advanced photoelectric tracking system, the machine ensures precise positioning when using printed packaging films, maintaining complete and accurate logo and pattern alignment on each package.
5. Efficient Swing Type Volumetric Cup Filling System
   Uses an economical and efficient swing-type volumetric cup filling system, providing high filling speed and stable dosing performance. Filling accuracy can reach ±2% to ±5%, depending on the characteristics of different materials.
6. Integrated Bag Former Design
   Features a specially designed one-piece bag forming system, ensuring more stable bag forming, easier maintenance, and simplified operation.
7. AI Bus Temperature Control Module
   Equipped with an AI bus temperature control module, allowing independent control of horizontal and vertical sealing temperatures. The sealing temperature accuracy can reach ±1℃, ensuring strong and reliable sealing quality.
8. Hygienic Stainless Steel Structure & Safety Protection
   Adopts an open mechanical structure design. The entire machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while all parts contacting materials are made of high-quality SUS316L stainless steel to prevent product contamination. The machine is easy to clean and fully meets pharmaceutical GMP and food safety requirements. Equipped with automatic fault alarms and safety protection functions, the machine will automatically stop when the safety cover is opened, complying with CE safety standards.
