Jelly Packaging Process
A complete jelly packaging line can integrate product feeding, dosing, pouch handling or bag forming, filling, sealing and final quality inspection according to your package format and production requirements.
Gentle Feeding
Jelly is transferred from a suitable product tank or supply system to the filling machine. The product transfer method should be selected according to jelly viscosity, temperature and whether the product contains fruit pieces or other inclusions.
Accurate Weighing
A suitable dosing system delivers the target quantity into each pouch or pillow bag. The pump, piston or other filling mechanism should be selected according to product flow characteristics, particle size and filling accuracy requirements.
Pouch Picking

Discharge

Which packaging machine is suitable for jelly?
