This Activated Carbon Powder Packaging Machine is intended for fine industrial and functional powders that require controlled auger dosing and reliable premade pouch packaging.
Activated Carbon & Adsorbent Powders:
Activated carbon powder, charcoal powder, adsorption media powders, deodorizing powders, and other carbon-based materials.
Filtration & Treatment Powders:
Selected water-treatment powders, filtration media powders, purification materials, and other dry functional powders with similar flow characteristics.
Industrial Fine Powders:
Mineral powders, pigment powders, graphite powder, ceramic powders, and other fine dry materials suitable for screw auger filling.
The auger filling system can be configured according to powder bulk density, flowability, particle size, target filling weight, and dust characteristics. For dusty materials, optional dust extraction and bag-mouth cleaning systems can be added to reduce powder accumulation around the sealing area.
