This Premade Pouch Powder Packing Machine is particularly suitable for fine, dusty, and non-free-flowing powders that require controlled dosing. The screw auger filling system provides consistent volumetric feeding and helps reduce powder spillage during the filling process.
Typical applications include carrot powder, beetroot powder, spinach powder, pumpkin powder, fruit and vegetable powders, spice blends, seasoning powders, and other fine food ingredients.
For powders with different bulk densities or flow characteristics, the auger filling system can be configured with suitable screw specifications and filling parameters to achieve stable dosing performance. The machine can also accommodate various premade pouch formats, including stand-up pouches, flat pouches, and zipper pouches.
