Automatic Zipper Opening: The pouch handling system can automatically open the zipper and pouch mouth before powder filling, reducing manual pouch preparation.
Precision Auger Filling: The auger filler provides controlled and consistent dosing for fine and non-free-flowing powders such as ground pepper, seasoning powder, flour, coffee powder, and milk powder.
Automatic Screw Feeding: The screw feeder continuously transfers powder to the auger filling system, reducing manual material handling and maintaining stable product supply. Your current machine already uses Screw Feeder + Auger Filler.
Wide Powder Compatibility: Suitable for spice powders, seasoning blends, food powders, beverage powders, and selected chemical powders with different flow characteristics.
20–1000 g Filling Range: The current FT-8250 configuration supports a filling range of 20–1000 g, depending on powder characteristics and machine configuration.
Automatic Pouch Size Adjustment: Pouch-size parameters can be adjusted through the control system for convenient changeover between compatible pouch dimensions. Your current machine already specifies screen-based bag-size adjustment.
No Pouch Opening – No Filling: If the pouch is missing or not properly opened, the machine prevents filling and sealing, helping reduce powder loss and pouch waste.
