Gentle Feeding
Pet Food & Treats are transferred by a Z-type bucket elevator with gentle handling to help reduce bean breakage during conveying.
Accurate Weighing

Pouch Picking
The pouch picking mechanism automatically picks premade pouches from the pouch magazine and transfers them to the next station. The gripper design is optimized to reliably pick single pouches and avoid double-sheet picking.
Discharge
Finished bags will be automatically discharged by the conveyor to the next steps, the discharge conveyor speed adjustable.
Metal detection
An optional metal detector can be integrated after packaging for additional product quality control.
Check weight
