This Vertical VFFS Packaging Machine is designed for metal hardware products that require accurate weighing before bag forming and sealing. The integrated multihead weigher system helps achieve consistent portion control and efficiently transfers products into the packaging forming chamber.

The multihead weigher can be configured according to the target package weight, product dimensions and material characteristics. After weighing, the products are discharged into the forming tube, where the VFFS unit automatically completes bag forming, filling and sealing to produce finished packages.
