Suitable for compatible furniture connectors, corner brackets, mounting plates and other small hardware components used in furniture assembly.
Screws, Nuts and Bolts:
Designed for counting and packing compatible screws, nuts, bolts and other threaded fasteners, helping reduce manual counting and improve packaging efficiency.
Fasteners and Small Metal Parts:
Suitable for selected fasteners, washers, pins and other small metal components, subject to product size and machine configuration.
Furniture Assembly Accessories:
Can be used for compatible cam locks, dowels, hinges, connecting fittings and other furniture installation accessories.
Hardware Kits:
Depending on the counting system and machine setup, selected combinations of hardware components can be packed into individual bags for furniture assembly kits and accessory sets.
The feeding, counting and packing systems can be configured according to the size, shape and quantity of the products. After counting, the parts are transferred to the packing unit for bag filling and sealing, depending on the machine configuration.
