1. Automatic weighing and Packaging
The system automatically feeds, separates, weight, and loads hardware components into premade pouches, significantly reducing manual counting and packaging work.

Photoelectric or sensor-based counting technology helps ensure that the preset number of nails, washers, screws, or other parts is loaded into each pouch.
5. Premade Pouch Packaging
The machine automatically picks up, opens, fills, and seals preformed pouches, producing an attractive and professional finished package.
6. Missing-Pouch and Pouch-Opening Detection
If no pouch is detected or the pouch is not opened correctly, the machine can stop product discharge to reduce material waste.
7. No Product, No Sealing
The sealing station can be linked with the feeding system. When the required components are not correctly discharged, the machine can reject or stop the pouch according to the selected configuration.
