1. Automatic Container Feeding

The container feeding system arranges and transfers empty cans or jars to the filling station. A suitable feeding arrangement helps maintain a continuous supply of containers and supports a smoother production process.

2. Dual-Head Powder Filling

The dual-head powder filling system dispenses powdered products into containers through two filling heads, helping improve filling efficiency. The filling method and dosing settings depend on powder characteristics, target weight and required accuracy.

3. Accurate Quantitative Dosing

The powder dosing system controls the quantity dispensed into each container to help achieve consistent filling weights. Parameters can be adjusted according to the product type and filling requirements.

4. Automatic Capping

After filling, the capping unit closes compatible containers with matching caps. Correct cap selection and machine adjustment help provide consistent closure for storage, handling and transportation.

5. Optional Automatic Labeling

A compatible labeling machine can be integrated into the line to apply product labels to cans or jars. The labeling configuration depends on container shape, label dimensions and the required labeling position.
