Rice and Grain Products: Rice, quinoa, millet, barley, buckwheat, amaranth and mixed grains suitable for quantitative filling.

Seed Products: Sesame seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds and other small seeds compatible with the selected weighing system.

Small Granular Food Products: Instant coffee granules, sugar granules, seasoning granules and other free-flowing products, subject to machine configuration and product testing.

1. Automatic Container Feeding

The container feeding system arranges and transfers empty cans or jars to the filling station. A suitable feeding arrangement helps maintain a continuous supply of containers and supports a smoother production process.

2. Accurate Quantitative Weighing and Filling

The weighing and filling system measures the target quantity of cereal grains before dispensing the product into each container. The appropriate weighing method depends on particle size, flowability, target weight and required accuracy.

3. Automatic Capping

After filling, the capping unit closes compatible containers with matching caps. Correct cap selection and machine adjustment help provide consistent closure for storage, handling and transportation.

4. Optional Automatic Labeling

A compatible labeling machine can be integrated into the line to apply product labels to cans or jars. The labeling configuration depends on container shape, label dimensions and the required labeling position.

5. Flexible Production Configuration

The Cereal Grains Canning Packing Line can be configured for different products, filling weights and container sizes. Before selecting the equipment, the product sample, container dimensions, cap type and target output should be confirmed.
